ERI Director: Paul Holden

Dr. Holden has:

• Extensive experience in development economics, which he gained as an economist for the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
• Wide-ranging knowledge of the business environment from ten years of establishing and running businesses in developing countries.
• Written several books and has published extensively in professional journals on issues such as property rights, institutions, access to finance, SME policies and the economic impact of business law in developing countries.
